Tutorial for Login

To login, you will need to enter either:

  • 1. Enter your ‘Username/Customer ID’ and the 6-8 digit ‘Password/ePIN’.

  • 2. Tap to login: Biometric fingerprint or facial recognition if enabled.

  • 3. Accessing from additional devices will require further authentication, which are:

     

    • Approval from the primary device
    Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
    • One Time Password (OTP)
    Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
