After successful device registration of a primary device, customers will then be able to access Online Banking.
1. Go to www.bbkonline.com and select ‘Login’ at the top right corner
Enter your ‘Username/Customer ID’ and the 6-8 digit ‘Password/ePIN’.
2. Uncheck ‘Trust this browser’ toggle if the browser or device you are using is shared with others.
3. Authentication will be requested based on the following options:
Approval from the primary device
Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
One Time Password (OTP)
Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
4. Once the login request ihas been authenticated, you will be able to access BBK Online Banking.
