Tutorial for My devices

  • Following successful login, go to ‘Other’.

  • Select ‘My Devices’.

  • View all devices assigned to your Customer ID.

  • Additional features may be performed from Online Banking are:

    • Approve registration of an additional device
    • Promote a device to become the new primary device
    • Block or Delete a device
    • Assign a device a custom name
  • Requests initiated from Online Banking, or additional trusted devices will require authentication., and Tthe authentication methods are:

    • One-Time passcode (OTP)
      Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
