Tutorial for Request Status

  • 1. Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers’.

  • 2. Select ‘Request Status’ from the menu.

  • 3. Enter ‘EFTS Reference number’ consisting of 16 digits.

  • 4. Select the ‘Check status’ button to view the status of the request.
