Tutorial for Stop & reactivate BBK Debit card

Following successful login, go to ‘Cards’.

Under cards’ section, ‘Stop’ from the menu.

Select the desired card you want to stop.

Select the reason for stopping the card. i.e., lost, stolen or suspicious of fraud.

Submit then confirm your request.

Following successful login, go to ‘Cards’.

Select ‘Debit cards’ then ‘Reactivate card’.

Select the card you want to reactivate.

Submit then confirm your request.
