Tutorial for Transfer to other BBK accounts

  • 1. Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers’.

  • 2. Select ‘Other BBK accounts’ from the menu.

  • 3. Select the account you want to transfer from.

  • 4. Select or enter the beneficiary you want to transfer to:

    • Registered Beneficiary;
    • Enter a new account number or IBAN.

  • 5. Enter the transfer amount and select the transfer currency where applicable.

  • 6. Select the ‘Transfer purpose’.

  • 7. Submit and confirm your request.

  • Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication. The authentication methods are:

     

    • Approval from the primary device
      Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
    • SMS One-Time passcode (OTP)
      Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
