Tutorial for Transfer using Fawri+ and Fawri services

  • 1. Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers’.

  • 2. Select ‘Fawri+ / Fawri’ from the menu.

  • 3. Select transfer type:


    Fawri+: Near real-time funds transfer service, which allows individuals to transfer funds of up to BD 1,000 per day in less than 30 seconds. The service is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.


    Fawri: Deferred settlement funds transfer service which allows individuals or entities to transfer any amount of money within just a few hours of the business day.

  • 4. Select the account you want to transfer from.

  • 5. Select or enter the beneficiary you want to transfer to:

    • Registered Beneficiary;
    •One Time Transfer: Transfer to a new IBAN or a mobile number. It will have a daily limit of BHD 100.

  • 6. Enter the transfer amount.

  • 7. Select the ‘Transfer purpose’.

  • 8. Submit and confirm your request.

  • Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication. The authentication methods are:


    • Approval from the primary device
      Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
    • One-Time passcode (OTP)
      Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
