Tutorials for EFTS Transfer

  • Step 1: Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers & Payments’.

  • Step 2: Select ‘Status’ from the left menu.

  • Step 3: Enter ‘EFTS Reference ID’ consisting of 16 digits.

  • Step 4: Select the ‘Check transaction status’ button to view the status of the request.
