Tutorials for Zain Payments

  • Step 1: Following successful login, go to ‘Payments’.

  • Step 2: Select ‘Zain’ from the menu.

  • Step 3: Select one of the services:

Bill Inquiry

Perform bill inquiry in real-time.

  • Step 1: Enter ZAIN IVR PIN and subscriber number to get the outstanding amount instantly.

  • Step 2: You can select ‘Proceed to payment’ to pay the outstanding amount.

Bill Payment

Perform real-time bill payment from account or credit card.

  • Step 1: Enter the subscriber number you want to pay to.

  • Step 2: Select the ‘Account’ or ‘Credit card’ you want to pay from.

  • Step 3: Enter the amount you want to pay.

  • Step 4: Submit then confirm your request.

Prepaid Top-up

Perform real-time top-up to prepaid subscriber numbers from account or credit card.

  • Step 1: Enter the subscriber number you want to pay to.

  • Step 2: Select the ‘Account’ or ‘Credit card’ you want to pay from.

  • Step 3: Select the amount you want to top-up.

  • Step 4: Submit then confirm your request.

  • Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication, and the authentication methods are:

     

    • Approval from the primary device
      Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
    • One-Time passcode (OTP)
      Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
